Runner’s Clinic
Start the 2012 race season off on the right foot at this free clinic! Dr. Lisa Schoene, DPM, ATC, FACFAS, from Gurnee Podiatry & Sports Medicine Associates, will discuss ways to prevent overuse injuries and proper footwear, including the pros and cons of Barefoot shoes. Other activities include: Yoga for Athletes, 0-5K Class, Advance Registration for the 2012 Zee Bee Run series and more!
